  • Shipping & Delivery  -- For orders weighing one pound or less we ship via US postal service (unless otherwise requested) For orders weighing over one pound and up 70 pounds we ship via either UPS or Fed Ex ground service (unless otherwise requested) Faster shipping can be provided at the customers request. Large items like jukeboxes, arcade games, soda machines, etc. are shipped by freight line, with charges to be calculated at the time of the order placement. also, orders may be picked up by appointment at our shop in Woodland Park Colorado 80863 Also, we can personally deliver items if you reside within 300 miles  of Woodland Park Colorado 80863 with additional charges being assessed.We strongly urge you to inspect your package immediately upon delivery to insure correct items and for any damage that may have occurred. If any damaged has occurred please contact the carrier and file a claim with them (not us ).

  • Returns & Replacements -- Returns are rare but, if there is ever a problem, please call or e-mail with the issues. We will then either issue a credit memo or a return authorization number to be placed on the outside of the return container. Do not return the item prior to receiving authorization from us. A replacement item may be sent to you at no additional costs. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
